When we ship an AncestryDNA® kit you purchased, we add tracking information to your DNA homepage and send an email with the details.
DNA kits are sent via Australia Post.
Tracking your test from your DNA homepage

From your DNA homepage, select the Australia Post tracking number. If the link doesn't direct you to your order, copy and paste the tracking number into the Australia Post tracking page.
Tracking a kit from your shipping email
Within a few days of purchasing AncestryDNA®, we'll ship your kit and email you the tracking information. Select the link in the shipping confirmation email to check the tracking details.
Troubleshooting
Advertisement on the DNA homepage
If you see an advertisement on your DNA homepage instead of a status bar or your results:
- Make sure you're signed in to your account
- Confirm that you've registered your kit.
Not getting Ancestry® emails
If you're having trouble receiving our emails, like the shipping confirmation email, see Not Getting Ancestry® Emails.
"You Are Not Authorized to Access This Page" Error
If you follow a link from an email and see an error message that says "You Are Not Authorized to Access This Page", sign out of the Ancestry account you're in and sign in to your account. Then, select the DNA tab.
